Mindful Drumming is for people who are serious about enhancing their ability to be in touch with their authentic power. Through unleashing the spirit, we are better able to create positive relationships that are deep, strong, pure, and whole.

When our spirit is unleashed, the gate of heaven opens with its infinite possibilities. Love, peace, and happiness—the essence of our being—become palpable. When a person is feeling this mishe (happiness), everyone takes notice. Such a person walks like an African lion, with supreme confidence, exuding an aura of authenticity, power, compassion, affection, and a deep sense of intuition.

MINDFUL DRUMMING is rooted in modern thought, eastern spiritual principles, and ancient indigenous wisdom. Drawing upon the secret concepts of rhythm and sound, and accompanied by prayerful body movement and deep inner work, Mindful Drumming is a way to explore and travel through the ancestral portals of the indigenous Ga people of West Africa, connecting participants straight to the heart.

Reconnect with Nyogboh—the Great Spirit—with your ancestors, and with yourself. The path of mindful drumming awaits you, and through its grace your deepest desires will be fulfilled. Nyogboh is always present, eagerly awaiting our return with open arms.
